Bumble and Bee Kids Boutique Photoshoot
Bumble and Bee Kids Boutique has officially launched a gorgeous collection of boys occasion wear. For launch, we had the pleasure of working alongside some amazing people to capture the magic of this range.
We had so much fun on the day, and the photos we were able to produce were outstanding. Now that we have calmed down from all the excitement, we thought we should share with you a little behind the scenes review of how we got on!
POLKA DOT PERFECTION
When we knew we were launching such a beautiful collection of boys occasionwear, we knew we needed the photos to perfectly capture just how lovely all of our pieces are. That’s when we just knew we had to contact the amazing Kasia, from Polkadot Photo. Kasia is an amazing photographer! With her incredible skills, warm demeanour and unrelenting focus, we were able to capture every photo with absolute ease. We couldn’t feel more grateful to have had such a talent onboard to capture the true essence of each piece. Thank you Kasia!

STRIKE A POSE
Of course, our beautiful photoshoot could not happen without our amazing models! We put out a call on our social media platforms for models and the response was absolutely astounding. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the space to have everyone involved, (if we could have we would have!), so instead six models were chosen. The kids were absolutely amazing, and their professionalism would rival any adult! There was no sign of camera shyness, and their willingness to be brave, confident and try their best was absolutely wonderful. One of our models, Ronan, was a complete superstar. Modelling may have been out of his comfort zone, but he rose to the challenge and made us all incredibly proud! Our youngest model was only 4 years old, with an hilarious sense of humour. Every single little boy that took part was a credit to themselves and we are so thankful to have had the pleasure of working with them.
FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD
The food provided for both the adults and the kids was absolutely delicious. Lime Cafe in Ballymoney provided all of the catering, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the high standard of service and quality of the produce. Lime Cafe provided our little models with so many delicious treats and goodies to thank them for their hard work and we can safely say no one was disappointed!
A LITTLE HELP GOES A LONG WAY
We have to take the time to express our innate gratitude to Cordners Shoe Shop from Main Street Ballymoney who provided us with shoes for our models to match their outfits. Cordners supplied our models with Converse shoes as well as Vans, which made sure the outfits remained trendy and complete! We also have to thank the amazing Kelly from Fifi’s Frills who gave us some much needed support on the day with dressing and styling our little ones. Kelly’s experience dressing kids for communions was an invaluable asset to the photoshoot and we could not have done it without her.
